Ingredients:
- 1 package of bacon
- 4 duck breasts, cubed
- Toothpicks
- 2/3 cups of brown sugar
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- Honey
- Broiler pan (or deep dish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Cut duck breasts into 1” cubes. Cut bacon into thirds. Mix brown sugar with chili powder.
Wrap duck in bacon and secure with toothpick. Dredge in brown sugar mixture.
Place on rack of broiler pan. Cook bites for 20 min.
Drizzle with honey and cook another 5 min.
