Duck Fajitas

Ingredients

  • Duck Breasts
  • Fajita Sauce
  • Veggies (Onion, Bell Pepper, Jalapenos)
  • Corn Tortillas
  • 1Tsp - 1 1/2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese
  • COOK - ZESTY SEASONING

Instructions

  1. Just filet the meat off the breast bone and slice it.
  2. Marinate in fajita sauce and BBQ or skillet with veggies and thats it.
  3. Throw it on a corn tortilla with some lettuce and cheese and call it a day!!! Real good stuff!!!
  4. Oh, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil is recommended, but only about a teaspoon - teaspoon 1/2.
